Bonis front load, gas kilns are high quality professional equipment that fully meets the requirements of the modern studios. Their multilayer insulation combined with the high insulating capacity of the materials used, ensure high energy saving, and slow cooling rates.

Features

Frame

The frame is constructed by forged metallic beams and corners. The external cover is made by metallic sheet, painted by a special fire proof colour.

Frame features the appropriate lifting points,so that kilns can be handled by manual lifting equipment.

Thermal Insulation

Multilayer insulation with total thickness of 18cm. It consists of special light weighted insulating firebricks (IFB), Grade 25, thickness 7.6cm, classification temperature 1350°C, and a second layer (back up) of Grade 23 IFB, thickness 6.4cm. Multi-layer insulation offers great energy savings.

Downdraft System

Kilns feature a downdraft flame system. The opening of the chimney is placed on the floor of the kiln, ensuring temperature uniformity and high energy savings

Burners

The combustion system consists of atmospheric venturi burners, which operate by air found in the environment and they do not use any kind of ventilator.

Thermocouples

Kilns are equipped with an S type thermocouple (for maximum temperature 1300C), or with a K type thermocouple (for maximum temperature 1200C)

Arch Cosntruction

All kilns feature a self-supporting, vaulted, arch ceiling

Observation Hole

Kilns feature obesrvation holes on the front side. Depending the model, kiln may feature one, two or three observation holes

Door seal

Door sealing firebricks, precisely placed by hand , along with heavy duty door toggle clamps, ensure tight sealing.

Kilns are provided with the necessary fireplates and supports. Quantity and sizes can be altered according to your personal needs, and products, since each workshop has different needs.
